My favorite new bowls:
Frozen banana, pear, dates, kale.  Blend in Vitamix.  Top with granola and bee pollen.  😍

      oh sweet friend... thank you for the reminder. ha! i have never finished it. as a matter of fact, i haven't even touched it in about 4 years. i really MUST pull it out this summer! xx

      it was lovely, Hope you decide to bring it out and finish it - would be perfect blanket for cool summer night (are there cool summer nights there?) if not, just a fun project to see ALL THOSE SEED STITCHES!!! Haha...100,000 at least :-)

      hi susan! yes! i was working on making the recipe into a recipe for 1. i usually just wing things and don't measure, but i figured it out so that i could let you know! :) i'll post it this afternoon. xx
