pop life cardi

My sweet mom is in town for a couple of weeks and when that happens, all we want to do is sit and knit!  I have been in the mood to make mitts (my mitt stash is low!). I also just cast on for my latest Wool and the Gang project.

I just loved this Pop Life Cardigan.  Although, I wish it would have been finished for those cool summer evenings, it will be perfect for early autumn.
Wool and the Gang makes it so easy with every thing needed in one bag.  I just love that.
 This Billie Jean yarn is really great.  Upcycled denim + Cotton.  A truly, lovely blend.

    Miss Leslie, I'll be eager to hear how this yarn handles. Cotton hurts my hands so I usually avoid it but the idea of recycled denim and cotton is intriguing. Enjoy clinking needles and glasses with your momma.

    This is some interesting yarn. Their stuff always look cute but I'm not a fan of cotton. Do be vocal on how this denim/cotton blend knits up.

      I certainly will, stefanie. I, too, am not a huge fan of cotton sweaters because of the warmth factor. Would much rather be knitting a cozy sweater. But this yarn is so soft... and I loved the style. Will keep you posted! xx

    I always loved crafting with my mom. It's a great way to build memories. I want to thank you for the cute stitch markers! It was such a nice surprise when they showed up in my mail. You really made my day.
