Does this look like you just want to take a big bite of this? I know! That's what happened when I saw The Pioneer Woman make a batch of these spreads on her Snapchat.
I immediately went to the kitchen and starting baking. I can't believe I didn't see this recipe back in 2009 when she first published it. They are SO good. And SO easy. Andrew and Libby went nuts over them!

P.S. I used butter. Not margarine. :)

That looks very much like the English Toffee Cookies I always make for Christmas. Put some toasted pecans on top and just press them down into the chocolate while it's still soft. Always a cookie swap winner. :-)
