I've had this yarn in my stash for quite some time. I actually can't even remember how long it's been stashed. But, I do remember, my mom rolled all of the skeins into balls for me while visiting. It sat there because I changed my mind about the project it was intended for.
A couple of weeks ago, I spotted Madge. And, I quickly dug into the stash. I sure hope it is going to work. So far it seems a little heavy. And maybe a little stiff. However, I'm going to forge on and see what happens.

That a lovely pattern... I'm sure it will look fabulous when it is knitted up...
ReplyDeleteIt's definitely a YOU sweater. Now to just get the right hand with the yarn. I bet you will be able to play with the gauge and make it work.
ReplyDeleteOh this looks promising! Can't wait to see how yours goes, then I might try it once I finish a huge project I'm on right now.
ReplyDeleteOoh, off to add that pattern to my queue! I hope your yarn settles into it-I think it would look absolutely gorgeous in this yarn :)
ReplyDeleteThat will be wonderfully cozy!
ReplyDeleteI would love to read your blog, but I am afraid I am going to have to remove it from my Bloglovin feed as it is nearly unreadable for me. I have a mild vision impairment and the yellow on white (your hyperlinks, I guess) is impossible for me to read. The print is also very tiny, but I can somewhat compensate for that.
ReplyDeleteSorry.
I'm so sorry, mitzy! i'll look into having it changed. I do know that when you subscribe to receive the email the links are blue. xx
DeleteI can't wait to see if it works out! Beautiful color!
ReplyDeleteThat's lovely, both the yarn and the pattern.
