We had a snow day yesterday(well, cold day) so I spent the day at home. Doing a few of my favorite things.

I knit a hat.

I made the worst biscotti under the sun. (Total fail.)

And a dinner that hit the spot on a freezing winter night.
Grateful to be at home.

cute hat! sorry about your biscotti fail- I tried to make some healthy granola bars at home a couple weeks ago, and they had the flavour and consistency of wet cardboard. Baking fails are so disappointing.

Chunk up that biscotti and mix it into coffee ice cream with chocolate chips. fails always taste better with ice cream
