i steer away from bulky yarns.....except for cowls. they really make a fashion statement, I think...and yours is great! really lovely.

I'm wondering...how would the pattern look in a smaller yarn? I have medium length hair and bulky knits make it stick out in the back in a quirky, unbecoming way! Love the pattern, so after Christmas when I have more time I may try it in a smaller yarn.

I love this- thank you for sharing, i am a beginner and have worked out most stitches with a little help from youtube but i am still stumped by one thing- the parenthesis. Google tells me these are usually used when multiplying the contents of the brackets eg (k1, p1) x 2. I get that. But here there is no multiplier...?
