hooray for pom poms
Tuesday, January 15, 2013I love the year I made a lot of my Christmas gifts. I sewed a quilt and coasters. I knit hats, mitts, a throw and coordinating sweaters for the children. There was a lot of time spent on hand making. It was GREAT.
This year, I made one.
That one took me an entire year to cut and sew after purchasing the materials. And about 30 minutes from start to finish. Oh boy.
When I flipped through my instagram and found this? Well, it pretty much made my day.

That's such a cute idea! I love pom pom trim. I might have to make one of these when the weather cools down here.

ReplyDeleteVery cute! I am in awe of anyone who manages any handmade Christmas presents, I am such a slow knitter but a most excellent procrastinator.
ReplyDeleteWow, that's pretty! I have the Purl Soho pom-pom gingham scarf in my to-make queue, but I hadn't seen the cowl version. The cowl is definitely more elegant.
