Oh no, you are making me crave rhubarb again. I've only seen scapes once. In Vermont. I bought a bunch and used them in everything. I recall them being super tasty in a potato salad I made. Enjoy!

I just have to comment about Trouble ;) I couldn't tell in your previous pic if Trouble was an Airedale or a Welsh Terrier. We have a very goofy Airedale named Archie who's now 7 and has finally figured out how to act like a dog but still doesn't realize he's an Airedale (ie. he hates water and he's never met a stranger he doesn't love, lol.)
