I too am working on a kusha kusha scarf. I'm in the home stretch and I have to say I had no idea what I'd gotten myself into. It is a slow go, which would make it a perfect travel knit as it is so light weight. Congrats Corinne!

Looks like you have your person. I've seen some beautiful ones over the years, but I've never thought I could get through it without poking my eyes out. Which is funny because I have some super thin habu that I bought at one point.

As for winter, I'm so not finished!! I want a few more weeks of good snow so I can ski 2 more times.

Funny you posted this. I bought 2 Habu yarns in late December to do this very scarf. Mine are black & dark charcoal colors. I guess this might be a good kick in the pants for me to get started with it.

I knew it was too late (I'm so slow on the blog entries some days/weeks), so I will label this still as a someday project. I actually had an idea for making this or something like it a year or two ago and it just lay fallow (fermenting) in my mind.

Instead, I think I will make cookies this weekend. Yum!
