My hubby and I love peanut butter cookies. I find that I really love the one's on Smitten Kitchen, but these look better for ice cream sandwiches.

Because all large cookies are better as ice cream sandwiches. Maybe with the grape sorbet, so it will be like having a pb&j without the extra bread.
