Oh, I like that! It looks kind of like Whisper -- only a little more to it -- which is good. Reminds me of that cute cardigan Scarlet Johanson wears in the pedicure scene in "He's Just Not That Into You", you think?

That is a neat construction. I'm working on my sweater in 100% cotton and it's all sockinette stitch. I think this might be a good second sweater for me!

That is a fabulous pattern and I love the color. Everyone laughs at me for knitting basic grey cardis - but you can't go wrong, can you? g

What I want to know is if you get your patterns for free since you often "advertise" this company (and others) on your blog. If you do--and I suspect you do--good for you!

I love the empire waist! I have the pattern book and have been torn between the empire waist cardigan or the open cardi. One thing I know for sure...you picked the perfect shade of purple!! It is just beautiful.

I love Classic Elite patterns too! They used to come to the local yarn/fabric shop with a trunk show of the latest patterns. I miss that now that the store closed. Your sweater is coming out beatifully, and the color is so pretty!
