i keep staring at that amazing scarf in progress and trying to figure out how the ruffles came to life like that...the yarn looks almost tape-like and the ruffles seem like they are so delicate...but however it works that scarf is so cool! lucky libby!

Love that Sundara, the baby cable is a great choice. I advise you to use some nylon on the heel as I just had to throw out a pair of merino socks with a giant gaping hole!

I really like the idea of the ruffle yarn as a nifty little novelty scarf (or trim at the bottom of a sweater) type project, but I wouldn't have the foggiest idea of how to start it all smoothly. Yours looks great with none of the wonkiness I'd be worried about.

I am trying to finish random PS projects (and many others, sigh.) at the moment too. I had a skein of Dahlia, but it didn't look like your skein at all! I am liking the pattern you chose to pair the dahlia yarn with. And I think the scarf will be fabulous!
