what a pretty sweater! and such a fun knitting journal! i too am a big fan of pens and paper and also of school supplies. nothing says fall is here like crisp new notebooks, pencils, and pens!

That is my absolute favorite sweater from the new VK mag. It reminds me of one I saw (and lusted after) in NY last year. It's definitely in my queue. I can't wait to see how yours turns out. I'm sure you will look fabulous in it too.

Ooo, that is a lot of cables. It is going to be very pretty. I LOVE SCHOOL SUPPLIES! almost as much as yarn. They are more affordable at times so I have tons.

Oh my gosh that is beautiful, I love it. I want a knitting journal like that - whaaa!! I think Jill posted a print off form so you could make your own, but I love that spiral bound look with the little pocket to keep your yarn sample in. I wish she still sold them.

The journal is fabulous! I am like that too with having pens, paper - ribbon, any little something. That sweater is simply amazing, I am breathless. Can't wait to see it develop.

It looks very cabley yummy! Makes me want to get my yarn and needles now to cast on, but there's a queue, you know :) And the colourful erasers are too cute!

Oh my gosh, what a fabulous idea! A knitting journal! I don't know why the heck I didn't think of that... I love making lists too and have enough lined sticky note pads to sink a ship. I even keep a garden journal... but a knitting journal is WAY cooler.

You have inspired me to carry on with the pattern. I have finished the sleeves and had 6" of the peplum but it measured huge. I ripped it out and started with a smaller size. Can you use the gauge in moss stitch?
